Thank you! This is for a co-worker of mine who will be leaving for grad school in three weeks. He'll be going to Cornell and there is no Bikram studio in or near Ithaca NY. He currently goes to the New Haven studio (I go to Danbury). I bought the book for him and I want to give him the book and the cd so he can practice while he's at grad school. Thanks again!
